Last summer we experienced the life on an almond farm in Turkey. Besides being a farmer Mehmet’s hobby is growing pigeons. Every morning he opened the cage to let them fly. The whole set reminded me the rooftop in Jim Jarmusch’s ‚Ghost Dog‘. Of course Mehmet is a farmer not a Samurai. At least as far as I know.
This summer we stayed on an almond farm in Turkey.. Every morning we prepared breakfast with the ingredients that were on the farm. After she milked the goat, took the 35 fresh eggs, cut some fresh cucumbers and tomatoes she baked the bread for our breakfast. What a good life!
PS: Don’t use goat milk for cappuccino. Seriously don’t do it.
